ACCOMMODATION available housemates wanted

Hello,

I am a third year anthropology undergrad, currently living in a house on John Street. Three of my current housemates are 4th years and so are leaving at the end of this year and I need to find people to fill their rooms ASAP. Its a great house, very convenient and close to town, but on a quiet street. It is a 12 month lease, £475 a month, and bills are approx £30 a month. As for me, i'm a mountain biker, and a member of St Salvator's Chapel Choir. If anyone is interested please email me ASAP (jmb89) so I can answer any questions and arrange viewings.
