We will have a single bedroom available from 1st Sep in 3 bedroom flat on windmill road. you will share with two female chemistry PhD. The rent is 420 pounds + utilities around 50 pounds, min 12 months lease. We are looking for a female post grad who can meet us in person. thanks! please email py1 if u are interested.

Hello guys, coz the girl who drop out in the last minutes so the room is available again. If you are interested, please email py1 directly for arrange time for viewing, thanks. Please note it is a SINGLE bedroom with 420 pounds rent + around 50 pounds utilities.
