Room wanted for PhD student (female)

Price-wise, I’m aiming at something in the range of £360-400, preferably in a flat-share with someone aged 25 to 35 (post-grad, PhD, postdoc). I am 30 years old, clean, easy going, traveled quite a bit (around Europe at least), I enjoy good talks and am happy to hang out with flat-mates every once in a while, and otherwise pretty quiet.
