I finish my studies at an awkward time (halfway through the academic year), so I need to find someone to take over my room in the second semester NEXT year (from January 2015). This would be ideal if you're going to study abroad in first semester and want somewhere affordable to come back to. The rent is £300 pm (exc. utilities- though they're fairly cheap too).
