That awful thing has happened when your previous flatmates have graduated before you (thanks for that, 5 year science degree) and so I'm looking for someone to live with next academic year.

I'm keen to start looking early to avoid the inevitable housing panic in April. I'm not fussed for living in the very centre of town and rent under £450 pp pcm would be good.
