I am giving up my double room in St. Andrews and looking for someone to take over as soon as possible. The room is located in a 2 bedroom house with garden, 10 minutes walk from St. Andrews city centre, and comes fully furnished. Also includes washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and kitchen utensils. You will be sharing the huge living room, kitchen, and bathroom with one other third year female student (joint tenancy contract). The rent is 438£ per month, excluding utilities. Utility bills would come to approx 40£ per month per person, though this might vary. Bills include heating, electricity, water, and broadband internet.
