Lovely house over 3 floors; good amenities including large kitchen with dining table and seats, and separate living room, one full bathroom and a toilet downstairs. £490 pcm excluding bills – 11 and a half month contract starting Mid June 2014 until end of May 2015.

We will be going into our fourth year – IR and Management students. Ideally looking for another person in the same year/3rd year but welcome all contact. Must be non-smoker, tidy, clean and responsible.
