Double bedroom in a 2 bedroom house. Living with a post-doc. The house is about a 15 minute walk from the town centre. I have one room (with double bed) available. The house is fully furnished and has all the mod cons (TV, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker micro etc). There is also a desk, big wardrobe and a small TV in the room available. The rent is £500 and includes internet and bills. The room is available from 1st April.
