Hello

I have one room available 23 June - 31 August for £340 per month excluding bills. You would be taking over the contract of someone who left before the contract ended. There is the possibility of signing a new contract for Sep-Aug, provided there are 4 housemates in total (one from the current tenants is a postdoc who will stay for at least 2 more months).
