Room Wanted: from end of August/September

Hi! I’m a current postgraduate finishing my MLitt this summer.
I’ll be starting a job on a year-long contract at the university thus I’m looking for a room from this August until September 2015. I’d prefer staff or postdocs to share council tax, but depending on the rent I’d be interested in sharing with students as well. Please message me if interested!

Located on double dykes road, near bus station (only 2mins walk from town).
Available for Long-let from Mid/End of July onwards.
£400/month plus £40 for bills.
Would suit PhD student or staff member.
