FLATMATES WANTED: looking for 2 postgrads

we are currently looking for 2 fellow postgraduate students for two seperate rooms (Room 1: ca. 12.3qm; Room 2: ca. 10.0qm) in a very nice 19th century house (ground floor), with a large garden, modern bathrooms and kitchen appliances (including washing machine and dishwasher) and last but not least a big sitting room with feature bay window.

It is for the upcoming 2014/15 academic year. The property is located near the sportscentre and approx. 10 minutes within walking distance to the city centre. It's very awesome!!!

The rent is 600 GBP per month per Person, excluding additional costs which would be around 70GBP/month/Person.
