Available: double room in St Andrews

I'm a new postgraduate at St Andrews, and I'm looking for someone to share either a house or flat with me.

There are two properties I'm considering: a two bedroom flat in St Andrews right by Morrisons grocery, and a two bedroom house just outside St Andrews in Strathkinness. All are double bedrooms. The first is within walking distance of the campus, and both properties are very close to bus stops. The rent would be £400/month per person for the first property, and the second property would be £338/month per person. For the second, travel by car or bus would be necessary--a student bus pass works out to about £40/month (I would plan to take the bus). I don't have a strong preference either way, so if you're interested we could decide together which property is most preferable.
