One of our housemates is moving abroad for the second semester, and we need someone to take his place.

We live in a wonderful house on Queens Gardens, right in the centre of town. The existing flatmates all get along very well, and are a mixture of boys and girls, third and fourth year. We'd just like someone fun, social, laid back, and interesting to come and join the fold. The rent is very cheap for town centre - £400 p/m. The lease continues into a portion of the summer, and you'll be taking on responsibility for that as well.

It's generally a wonderful house, very reasonable rent, and lots of added perks that you'd discover on moving in.
