Lovely five-person flat on City Road looking for two people

We are three friendly and outgoing girls, entering our 3rd year, looking for two new flatmates of either sex to take an extremely spacious shared room in our very centrally located flat. The room has large bay windows with views of the Old Course. In addition, it has a seating area, two large desks, ornate fireplace, two large wardrobes, two single beds and three radiators, making it very well heated.

The flat itself has a large living room with a dining table, a piano, ample sitting space and another ornate fireplace. All rooms have high ceilings and crown-moulding. The kitchen is quite large with a kitchen table and full appliances including a washing machine. There is one bathroom, with a shower that has good water pressure. There is also a lot of storage space throughout the flat.

Price per person for the shared room is around £340. We would also be willing to have one person take the shared room for his or herself for around £600. We would prefer a non-smoker.
