AVAILABLE: Cheap room in a North St Flat for 1st Semester

Hey everyone! I have a room available for first semester in a flat near Bibi's on North Street! The rent will be about £330 a month and you will be paying from Sept through Jan. The flat is a nice size with a dishwasher, bathtub/shower, gas fireplace and lots of storage space.

The room has a single bed, desk, bookshelf, large window and small closet.

The only reason I am looking for someone this late is because my friend who was originally going to live there is now going abroad for first semester!

I am a American female soon to be fourth year IR and Geography student.

I'm definitely interested! My name is Isabel and I'm going to be a fourth year as well.

I study Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies and have been having trouble finding a flat because I've been abroad all year (and still am!) in Cairo, Egypt. It's really exciting over here and I love it, but it's been a nightmare trying to find a place to live for next year.

Please let me know if you're interested in having another American chick as your flatmate--I'm super low maintenance, tidy, quiet (excepting the occasional Shakira bedroom dance party), and studious. Though I'm not much of a cook, I have friends who are fantastic chefs... aaand I make a mean pot of coffee in the morning I'm very prompt about paying bills/rent on time, wash dishes when I'm stressed out, like having fresh flowers in the house, and recently quit smoking.
