room for PG who loves dogs available Sept onwards

St Andrews: Lovely sunny room to let in a semi-detached flat with a front and back garden, near the East Sands from September 2012 at £380pcm inclusive (not including council tax). You would share with me; I am 51, and am in my 3rd year of a PhD in the School of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Stirling; I also am a professional cellist.
I am looking ideally for someone who is a postgrad or postdoc; someone who is mature and independent and loves dogs: there are two wonderful, good sized older dogs living here, and part of the arrangement is that you love and enjoy the dogs (which is not at all difficult!), and that you be willing and able to care for them when I am away.
