A double room in a two-bedroom flat is available from early July.

The flat is within walking distance of the University campus. Gas central heating, landline telephone, ADSL2+ broadband. Fireplace, back garden, electric hob. Fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle. All crockery provided, and some bed linen. Both rooms have double beds.

Landlord is private, lives outside of St Andrews and prefers to let to PhD students / postdocs. At least 6 month leases are preferred.350 UKP per calendar month, exclusive of bills. Utilities are currently around 40/month.
