I am going to leave St Andrews at the end of August und would like to support my nice landlord to find new tenants.

The flat is located just off Lamond Drive (near the Eastsands beach) which is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of St Andrews (I also have 2 bicycles to sell if there is any interest).

The flat is on two floors, has 2 double bedrooms and 2 studies with great views of the sea (we each get a bedroom and a study), a reception (again with a sea views), kitchen & bathroom/shower. Plus use of a nice garden that is shared with the neighbour below. The flat is furnished, centrally heated with a gas hob and oven with a washer dryer.

The rent is 350 pounds a month each plus bills for gas and electricity. The flat will be available from 1 September 2012 for one academic year.
