Looking for a friendly, easy going postgraduate student to share a spacious flat with.

I'm new to St. Andrews, about to start a PhD in Biology here and have been looking for accommodation. After 3 weeks searching I have just found a lovely, central 2 bedroom flat (~£350ppm) and need to find a postgrad student to share with.
