Town Centre room available for Postgrad/4th year, 2012/13

We've had another room become available in our flat due to someone not returning. It's beautiful, large, 5 bedroom house, and has three fourth years and one post-grad (three boys, one girl). The room available is a single room. We're looking for another post-grad/4th year to fill it out and keep the age/maturity balance. We're all of fine upstanding moral character, have a broad range of cooking talents (from "incinerate" to "season with gathered wild flora"), recycle dutifully, and pepper our high brow conversation with puerile humour.

The house is £100 p/w, the lease is 11 months starting September. Please do get in touch, telling us a bit about yourself. Also, your interests, what societies you attend (or fail to), your course of study, the songs you sing in the shower, and whether or not you would love our kitchen and help to keep it clean.
