Room for Postgrad/ Postdoc/ Staff available

Hi,

I'm a 2nd year PhD student looking for a friendly, clean, quiet and easy-going person (preferably postgraduate or university staff) to take over my flatmate's room.

The room is in a two bedroom house with large kitchen and living area in Hepburn Gardens. The room available has a king size bed, a large wardrobe and an own bathroom. 475 GBP/ month excluding bills that are roughly 75 GBP/ month.
