Urgently need housemate for central refurbished house

I am looking for a housemate for a flat on Kinnessburn Road. The rent is 780 pcm between two and the room that is going is a single in a recently refurbished house two bedroom house with an open plan kitchen/living room, nice bathroom etc. I can send pictures to interested parties. A bit about myself...I am a fourth year IR student from London, currently in India so my email replies may not always be the most speedy...all depends on the connection.
