Still looking for accommodation 2012/13

I am looking for accommodation for the next academic year, as the previous one has proven to be unreliable. As you can imagine if you consider the date it is quite urgent and I would like to be able to sign as soon as possible after seeing a place and talking to you, so please no "you can have it but the landlord is gone for two weeks"

I am a 2nd year philosophy student, but very tidy and quiet, so hopefully not your typical undergrad. I have lived on my own for a year and have also been living with a postdoc (who is sadly leaving St Andrews now) some time, so I know how to take care of the place I live in and use.
