A room to let in a 4 bedroom house (technically a 2 bedroom house as the property does not have an HMO license and so only two bedrooms are in use), starting December 1st. The lease would end on July 23rd. The house has a large lounge and a large kitchen, as well as a garden that is shared with the neighbours. The current occupant is a female postgraduate student and the only requirement for the new tenant is to be tidy. The rent would be 400/month not including the bills (the broadband is also not included as the tenants usually arrange this themselves). The house is situated in a nice quiet street near Morrisons, and is no more than 10-15 minute walk to town.
