WANTED: Flat/House for 3 people

Hello there,

My name is Alex Wilton, I'm currently a first year and I'm looking for a flat for the next academic year for myself and two others (a first year guy and a first year girl). We are relaxed students who met in the Christian Union and are not into partying hard!

-We need the flat/house to be fairly close to the centre of town.
-Accommodation needs be in good condition (no damp)
-We are not willing to pay more than £400 a month each.
-We do not wish to rent over the summer (Semteber 2013 to May 2014 only)
