Large room at the Gatehouse of Earlshall Castle in Leuchars available for Rent from 1st September 2013. The Gatehouse has a kitchen, dining room, lounge, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and cellar for storage. Rent is £300 per month excluding bills.
Will be sharing with two male, friendly 3rd years. Female student moving out for Year Abroad.
The Gatehouse is only a 15 minute walk to bus stop (buses roughly every 15 minutes) or 20 minute walk to Leuchars train station.
