If not then I feel stupid because I just spent about fifteen minutes learning how to work the link button.

Ok firstly, the original poster of this thread was asking for information on someone they like, not asking for your opinions on emo. The word was obviously used to describe the person as they obviously fit into the emo catgory, and it obviously served its purpose as you are all very quick to give opinions of people who look like this, so obviously understand what emo folk look like.
And secondly, judging someone you don't even know based on what they look like, the way they style their hair, what clothes they wear, etc is pretty pathetic. Did you ever consider that people style their hair and choose clothes based on their own personal tastes, and not necessarily to make a statement, prove a point, or try to be/look cultured. Why is it that people seem to judge emo folk pretty harshly in this way? Obviously there is going to be a great number of people who are interested in the same things, and perhaps have shared opinions on the kind of clothes, hairstyles they like, and I really don't see why they should be judged for that. If you want to bitch about emo folk I suggest you do it elsewhere, your negative opinions have no place in this thread.
And for the record, I am not emo.
That is all.
