Hmmm...could it be:

or
http://standrews.facebook.com/profile.php?id=37100132[/url]
or
http://standrews.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=30242363&op=1&view=all&subj=37100126&id=37103492?
If not then I feel stupid because I just spent about fifteen minutes learning how to work the link button.

i agree. on inspection of the facebook profiles posted above, may i suggest we use the word "shit" instead of "emo". oh God it really is an awful word! though it does compliment the horrendous chav-like hair it is supposed to describe!

Yeah, blatant chav like hair. I can't tell the difference between those three photos and this one:

sorry i should have been more clear. i do, ofcourse, mean "shav": the sort of working class-type person purporting to be something they're not...in this case arty-farty, or "emo", as if the hair in some way indicates a cultured sophistication. this hair is often found in the neaveau-riche or wannabies. very hollyoaks-esque- i hate it.

Live and let live. Who lets their little sad lives be disrupted by what people wear? Admittedly emo folk used to annoy me but you CANNOT judge on clothing. Stupid twits. Why don't you just get along with folk. Most people are very pleasant to talk to, but obviously if you have preconceptions you'll not allow new and possibly interesting people to be your friends. (I'm not emo(or blonde)). You knows it Beanie.

Ok firstly, the original poster of this thread was asking for information on someone they like, not asking for your opinions on emo. The word was obviously used to describe the person as they obviously fit into the emo catgory, and it obviously served its purpose as you are all very quick to give opinions of people who look like this, so obviously understand what emo folk look like.

And secondly, judging someone you don't even know based on what they look like, the way they style their hair, what clothes they wear, etc is pretty pathetic. Did you ever consider that people style their hair and choose clothes based on their own personal tastes, and not necessarily to make a statement, prove a point, or try to be/look cultured. Why is it that people seem to judge emo folk pretty harshly in this way? Obviously there is going to be a great number of people who are interested in the same things, and perhaps have shared opinions on the kind of clothes, hairstyles they like, and I really don't see why they should be judged for that. If you want to bitch about emo folk I suggest you do it elsewhere, your negative opinions have no place in this thread.

And for the record, I am not emo.

That is all.

eeeeuugh stop saying the word!

also, i dislike it when people end their post with "that is all", as if it is either the final word on the subject, or as if we're all on the edge of our seats awaiting your every word. it has become a real trend on the this forum.

this thread now belongs on the 'words that make you wanna vomit' thread'

Haha...I'm loving this thread...Also I'm allowed to post because I'm "emo" and was sitting near the Pool Tables...but I was with other "emo" friends, it probably isn't me they are talking about.
