I keep seeing this guy around who is one of the toughest guys around here. I know it because i can see it. He has long legs but a short body, and his hair is an undercut. He has his eye pierced, and he walks like he is too tough. Does anyone have any idea who this chick is?

weakness. You're clearly lying about this person being tough. Or maybe he is. No one with any real toughness has any sort of piercings because they know in a ghetto style rumble the first thing a dude will go for is a pierced body part. Penis included if they happen to have a metal detector.
