Guy in Albany?

I keep seeing this guy in the mornings near the maths and physics buildings, he wears glasses and had shortish brown hair but I saw him today and shaved it all off! I really want to find out who he is but I'm too shy to talk to him.. I followed him home once and overheard him talking to someone about God, so I think he's religious. I followed him from the maths and science buildings through town and saw him go into Albany Park, then he realised I was following him so I had to turn around and walk the other way..
