Woman In Butts Wynd

It seems that whenever I go into the Butts Wynd Computer Lab to work in the evenings, there's a woman who is always there. Older, average height, grey(ish) hair, glasses, and she always has a big bottle of water and Tesco bags. I'm kind of curious as to who she is, if anyone knows?
