Orange Girl

Recently been noticing this girl in a dull orange coat around town. Petite, lovely eyes, dark haired, unsure about ethnicity: could be South American? Always wearing headphones and smoking cigarettes. If anyone could let me know who she is.... I'm curious to learn more!
