hey superiorjames
im unsure whether to unleash my identity, i think the sinner is a great way to talk to people at the uni that u may not ordinarily speak to, as there are no prejudices or social barriers, not saying i have them any more than others they are just built into our nature.
plus i dont know who u are! lol

lets just "enhance" our love for olsen on the net!

i think superior was merely curious, as most of the regulars on this board know who each other are, with the exception of yourself and the-ally. however, there is nothing wrong with remaining a man of mystery

aha i see, well i never miss an examples class if that helps, but being a man of mystery sounds cool, all i need is an frilly shirt and a crushed velvet suit and im austin powers.

farewell to a great class

Postby the-ally on Mon Dec 13, 2004 2:13 pm

well folks, thats it all done and dusted, 2002 lectures are finished. i must say i'm bitterly disappointed, and was quite touched at olsen's little fare-thee-well at the end of class today. i'd just like to thank both robertson and he for making the class one of the more enjoyable ones on offer, and also thank the enemy for his frequent terrorism of us, in order to better our mathematical knowledge. it has to be said, real mathematics seems a lot better than what we did in 1002, and i pray that i am reunited with both lecturers in the future. good luck for the exam all, and have a good life

gut morning all...im currently sat here revising for mt2001 later this morning and thought i would dig up the thread from earlier this year that was prevalent during mt2002. how has everyone been since the gut old days of the past? i know im certainly missing the inspiring character of dr olsen, though i have at least been able to share some cuddles with edmund once again in mt2001. just wondering how people feel about todays exam, and what those who were in 2002, but not in this semester's 2001, have been up to since our last communication? i certainly miss you all, after all i just want to be friends with all you guys...

Back from the grave

Postby Epsilon's Friend on Mon Jul 25, 2005 3:20 pm

I'm thinking of getting a T-Shirt made, most probably with a large epsilon on the front, and something like "Can you find a [delta symbol] strong enough?" on the back.

Obviously, this is to see Olsen's reaction, but I was wondering if anyone else would be interested in owning an "Olsen T-Shirt" as I am thus far calling them? I haven't got any further with the idea than thinking of getting a T-Shirt was an epsilon on really, so if anyone does have any ideas, and is willing to risk public humiliation by sharing them, please do.

so nice of u to make an appearance dirac...thou has been gone for a while. is this because you are perfecting a new theorem more influencial than that of the dirac delta function?
