Looks like he had the door open and was hanging out will the car was moving, then he pulled the door in to miss the kid on the bike, then either slipped or the wind caught the door and pulled him out in front of the car.

Actually no, the guy pulls -open- the door to hit the kid on the bicycle, and then falls out of the car.

That's the point of labeling it "karma" you see...

That's horrendus! He must have totally panned his face in. Lesson to be learnt here kids, I'll be looking after my karma from now on.
