Exactly where did you copy and paste this stuff from Humphrey?

My Livejournal. Are you insinuating that I ripped that off from someone else?, if so you are underestimating my capacity to be offensive to christians.

I watch 'Songs of Praise' every Sunday, that fact alone absolves my soul from eternal damnation and ensures that theres a place for me in the kingdom of heaven. I have no theological basis for this claim, but since when has that ever been a problem?.

Pardon the pun, but...

Christ almighty! That's one of the funniest things I've seen all year! Top form class A shite for sale, would fit right in on Craggy Island
So someone asked me "What is it you do?". I thought about it for a minute. Then I thought about it a little more. All the while I probably looked like I was staring in to space, struggling for an answer. And I was. There was only one response I could really give.

"I make sure the shit stays off the fan."

Ha ha, that’s always the way with the internet, you think you’ve posted something original and then you find out its been done about a billion times before and your contribution is met by a collective ‘I’ve seen that before’. Actually when I found that site I was looking for something called bible man. I was over in Washington D.C about 4 years ago and I was looking round some religious shop for a present for my dad and I suddenly came across these three action figures, one was ‘Bible Man’, a rather saintly looking fellow who brandishes the holy book at people. I think the other one was Satan if my memory serves me correctly. I couldn’t stop laughing, I was picturing some poor kid out in the American Midwest tearing away at his present wrapping at Christmas. Once he finally opens it and takes a look inside, his disappointment is limitless. ‘Better than an action man Johnny’ says his dad ‘Bibleman will teach you the ways of the lord and show you how to reject Satan’. I nearly bought it for my dad but just managed to restrain myself, I didn’t want to give $10 to religious loonies. I think I found the link on a list on some website having typed ‘religious tat memorabilia’ or something like that into google. I don’t think I should credit the place for the link though, if anyone deserves to be credited it’s the Catholic Shopper site itself for keeping me highly amused yesterday when I was revising, and to think they could get away with displaying this stuff on the internet without any abuse whatsoever. Seems I was beaten to it a long time ago.

EDIT: Over 4 years ago by the looks of it

ANOTHER EDIT:

http://www.bibleman.com/bibleman/store.jsp

He's had a big image change since I saw him in the store and has been remodeled to look more like a superhero. Bibleman is still demonstatively uncool though.

'In the exciting conclusion, Bibleman is lured into a showdown with Primordius Drool – if Bibleman is defeated the Biblecave will be sealed forever and Drool’s wicked scheme to turn every believer into an atheist will succeed. In the action-packed finale Cypher and Biblegirl come to the rescue and put their faith on the line to overcome Primoridius Drool, Inter-Galactic Desperado and Despot of Evil.'

from the bibleman site:

'When Cypher and school girl Riley Watson are tempted back into old lifestyles by the evil Luxor Spawndroth, Bibleman must rely on the Word of God like never before to keep the Adventure Team together. You won’t want to miss the exciting conclusion as Bibleman, Cypher and Biblegirl go deep into Spawndroth’s lair for the final showdown.'

pppppffft. that is all.

"For the first time all of Bibleman’s thrilling, scripture filled adventures are available on DVD here at Bibleman.com."

'Thrilling' and 'Scripture filled' don't really go well together in the same sentence do they?.
