whats going on with the building which used to be the Tudor? last time i was in st andys it was still a building site....

I think its undergoing extensive renovation. I'll be interested to see it when its done.

Apparently they started work before getting planning permission and there were some difficulties over that, which is why it has dragged on...

i heard it was sold and is being completely renovated into a hotel and bar - although thats what it already is :S

Its gonna have an outside beer garden and will be overly priced :P

apparently and this bit i dunno about, the owners have poured £1m into the renovation.

The renovation was supposed to take place from February to May of this year, ready to open in the summer. Gotta love builders.

Meant to open at the start of August but it still looks like it has only just shut. Maybe next summer it will be open but hey ho who knows?

I heard that it's going to be a gay pub called Broken Chastity, BC's for short. I saw an advert in the job centre looking for 'colourful barmen/dancers'.

Good luck to them, not that they'll need it in this town.
