Will we definitely be getting into our accommodation on the Friday? Just wondering if I'll be put in any old DRA flat or in my particular DRA flat.

Our understanding is that everyone who can will go into their own accommodation from the Friday, however, we recommend that you contact Maggie on mw11 to check. As you are DRA I am almost certain you should be ok, but check with Maggie just to make sure.

The meeting is at 7pm on the Friday in Venue 2. (I think, though it may be 7.30pm, but I am almost certain it is 7pm. I'll check tomorrow when I go into work and post again then). I thought an e mail had been sent, but if not I know one will be going out very soon. We have an Orientation Steering Group Meeting tomorrow morning, so I will bring it up then.

Yeah, a bit more information would be appreciated, seen as it's a week and 3 days until the meeting and we still don't know when exactly the meeting is, and if we can move into halls a day early. I would think a lot of people would have to make other arrangements for accomodation and travel if not, which will prove more expensive nearer the time.

I know how busy you all are (good luck with the coming weeks!!!), but please, please could we get some confirmation (via email preferably cos not everyone checks the sinner) so we can take some action?

Hey guys

sorry, has taken me a bit longer than expected to get the info. I have been assured that we are about 90% certain volunteers will get into their accommodation in halls a day early, however, you must have updated your personal details to do this. If you are in any doubt, plase contact Maggie Winton on mw11@st-andrews.ac.uk

As for the meeting, it is at 7pm on the 15 September, in Venue 2. For anyone who will not be able to make that, there will be another meeting the following afternoon, but please let us know if you are not going to be able to make it.

Unfortunately, as Pan has said, we are extremely busy at the moment, and none of us are regularly checking the sinner. If you have any questions about volunteering during the week, please e mail us. You can e mail me on dosda@st-andrews.ac.uk, or Maggie Winton from Student Support o mw11@st-andrews.ac.uk. An e mail was sent out to all volunteers yesterday, with an update on the accommodation situation (please note that at the moment we are waiting for final confirmation from ResBus on this)however, it seems there is a gremlin in the system and may not have gotten to everyone. We are trying our hardest to get this sorted, and all info should be out asap.

Thanks for your understanding
