I'm crap at riddles so don't ask me, but answer me this one ...

name 5 words in the English language that have no rhyme ... assonance DOES NOT COUNT!

[hr]

The voices in my head tell me I'm not insane ... but everyone else does.

There's actually more than you might think. On a related note, on an episode of the West Wing Bartlet challenges his staff to name three English words beginning with dw. As I managed to think of four, I now challenge you to think of four English words beginning dw...

Never saw the episode, but I came up with dwindle, dwarf and dwell. Couldn't think of a proper fourth, so will leave you with 'dwight'.

Those are the main three, the fourth I thought of was "dweeb" which is surely current enough to now be included.

Again, there are several...

Abhors
Chimps
Almost
Begins
Biopsy

And if you permit double letters, there are dozens...

Chilly
Adders
Effort
Glossy

And so on.

Riddle me this:

I never was, yet always will be. I am never seen, yet always come. I can carry nothing, yet hold much for some.

[hr]

Look at that. Look at that. "Accident Blackspot"? These aren't accidents. They're throwing themselves into the road gladly. Throwing themselves into the road to escape all this hideousness. Throw yourself into the road, darling - you haven't got a chance.
