Why can't it just bloody snow?

This message board is for discussing anything in any way remotely connected with St Andrews, the University or just anything you want. Welcome!

Four years spent at St.A and I have categorically NEVER seen thick snow lying on the ground in St.Andrews. Sure it has 'snowed' but it always melts away the minute it hits the ground...as someone has already mentioned I think its something to do with our proximity to the sea

But hey! I've just flown down from Cairns in Oz where it was 35 degrees, and now in Sydney where its 25 degrees, so what do I care about the weather back home? :op

Well, it's all melted down my end of South Street... it never does last long.
