In this particular case it was me who let the posts through, although remember that 9 times out of 10 it won't be me.
I let them through because, although they are ill-structured and offensive, they are people's opinions on this discussion and the offense was aimed at me. I would not let through a similar unreg post aimed at another user.
In general I apply less strict rules to posts on a current thread than to those creating new threads. The reason for this is that new threads cause clutter on the board, whereas new posts don't. (unless its an ancient bump - none of those were me, except where they add to the discussion)
If you want to have
your message board filled with cut and pasted messages such that you can't utilise the site for its intended purpose, let me know. I'll be happy to stop doing this job.
When the last session of abuse was hurled at me I ask Oli to remove me from the moderator list. He convinced me to stay on it because that would leave the sinner without an active moderator.
In reasoning over this, consider the fact that you very rarely see any of the work I do in ensuring this site is human readable and not filled with spam.
A moderator's job is thankless, yet important. If anyone wants to take my place, please e-mail
admin@thesinner.net.

"The entirety of these definitions lie outside the gamut of the sRGB color space — such a pure color cannot be represented using RGB primaries. The color swatch to the right is a desaturated approximation, created by taking the centroid of the standard definition and moving it towards the D65 white point, until it meets the sRGB gamut triangle."
