If he's attached, he's off-limits.

Wish other people were so moral when it comes to my boyfriends *sigh* Oh well - it was so long ago the painful ache has almost subsided. Almost :P

Ben, think you're great and all, but I think it's safe to say that we have no future of romance together (and I'd guess this was a mutual assumption).

I'd have thought that that was a pretty safe assumption.

Well, why not it 'fuck it' and tell the guy how u feel! If you may never see him again it doesn't matter if he does not feel the same, then again he may feel the same way and you may both have a future! or at least a few good nights in St A's anyways, while there is time left...

Unsurprisingly, I'm not fabulously keen on the idea.

Did I or did I not give you advice on this yesterday? Did you follow it? And no switching your phone off and throwing it away was not what I suggested.

Lol....how ironic the person you came to for advice (moi) was the person with NO relationship experience.

Stupid men.

I did follow your advise BY THE BOOK - and you were right, as always. However, turns out he's a prick... why are men so incredibly selfish, irresponsible and insensitive? Boo!

Duncan is right, he is one of the most upstanding gentlemen I have the pleasure of knowing. Men bashing is so boring and tired cliché, girls can be shitty too. Not all men are selfish and stupid, I would HATE to be tarred with the same brush as loads of women I know. I have plenty of fantastic, caring, sweet, great male friends and to generalise their behaviour in the same vein as those that have perhaps not treated you so well, is unfair. Once you've had a crap boyfriend, you will appreciate the nice guy when he comes along.

I have a crush, but if I told you, it wouldn't be a secret!

Well, let's rephrase then: HE is irresponsible, selfish and insensitive! To be fair, I know a lot of guys who are sweet and charming and perfect gentlemen. But I am not interested in them (other than as friends). As soon as I really like a guy, he turns into a moron! It's a curse, I know it. I was bewitched at birth... Sorry, Dunqn, didn't want to scare you out of our 'miserable bastard united' society :(
It's just that I am so nice and he is so un-nice to me...

Ally are you the Liverpool supporting friend I think you are? But of course you can only answer that question if you know who I am.

On the football theme - my first crush was Steve McManaman (don't ask why...I've yet to figure out the answer).

Yes not all men are stupid but certain ones are - but obv you're not one of them Dunqn and at no time was I referring to you.
