A few daft punk songs got played in a row toward the beginning of the Bop, because a Daft Punk CD got stuck in the CD player :-)

I essentially remember hearing Technologic and Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger. There may have been more, but my memory gets hazy...

I just wanted to say I thought the last bop was BRILLIANT!
The room looked great, I loved the lights and all the white scrim - we should do that more often if it's plausible!
Thought the music was great, a good mix of cheese and 'other' music.

WELL DONE....WELL DONE!

He also specifically requested the blinders.

Poor show, and buckets-full of bad attitude! They'd sold out by ONE TICKET, and this poor guy; by the sound of it was graduating, wasn't allowed in with his girlfriend! one extra person! Don't try and tell me there were exactly 1,000 people in there! What happened to common-sense judgment-calls?

I just hope you union-types realize that this is the sort of bullshit that makes the union so shit in general!

If he really wanted to go, he could have bought his ticket at pre-sales during the day (12 till 5). Once all the tickets are sold, thats it. If exceptions were made for him why not for everyone else in the que?

I heard this guy turned up after 1 anyway - he obviously wasn't that bothered about being in the bop :-P

I wish the union would break the law and risk endangering its members.
I wish the union would jeopardise its late licence so we've got nowhere to drink after 1am on a Saturday morning.

Yeah, stupid union, following the rules.

Yeah.

That's a bit of an odd accusation to make. The till was removed after the last ticket was sold, because there was not much sense in keeping it around.

Although you are indeed correct that there was no queue when the last ticket was sold, it's not exactly a fair accusation to say that others wouldn't have turned up.

We did end up with a single ticket being left over, and a few groups of two walked away without buying it, and although that's a somewhat frustrating situation, there's not really much we can do about it. Pre-sales were announced in advance, and open all day, and tickets remained well into the evening, past 1AM.

Apart from the licensing issues that we cannot ignore in clear conscience (Fife Council would love to shut us down), once we had sold out of tickets, there were physically no more Bop bands remaining to distribute.
