Halloween, Union, Friday

Postby Cain on Thu Oct 28, 2004 11:52 pm

Right now i've just finished my costume and i'm sitting in my room looking at how cool i am (answer - very.)

Who is going to be about in the union on friday night in costume? Do we get to see our Samwise Gamgee, or our Frank the Rabbit?

I want to compare costumes, considering how much fun it was last year (that place was swarming with agents. very cool.

if you're about town on friday, and you see a guy with big victorian muttonchop sideburns and a ripped up shirt, that's me.

One of the members of the SRC once turned up to the Union wearing the full St Leonard's School uniform. Skirt, blouse etc. The slightly worrying thing was that it wasn't Hallowe'en. He just liked the uniform.

The fact it was a he is also slightly worrying.

Anyway, I am deliberating coming to "Ignite" or indeed the Union tonight, as I have a fullday fieldtrip round the Fife Coast tomorrow. But fuck it, I need to get drunk =D

Dear me, what are we going to do with you, ah well as long as you remember to bring a hat with you and then you can use this in the same way as in Thurso. Don't get too drunk and forget to turn up tomorrow though.

I'm considering painting myself red, wearing a nappy, hanging meat off my arms and sticking a coat hanger on my head.

Hohum, so looks like I'm not going out tonight after all. A case of 'not-in-the-mood-ness'. And no one to go with.

Boo, sad Rhona.

I suppose it's just as well, I'm gonna find it difficult enough to get up for 9am as it is, without being pissed as a fart too. Cos I would still be pissed tomorrow morning. There's always tomorrow night though!

Introducing Amy Q Smile...

Postby Little Miss Giggles on Sat Oct 30, 2004 1:34 pm

I went as a Charlie's Angel/ Austin Powers' swinging sixties sidekick...without any ass-busting moves as an innocent as a daisy, of course!

I thought the music was great - well done to the little dudes in my year doing it! Toxic was played twice which was sooper sooper dooper. Altogether Now to end was a little bit of a damp squib though...should have ended on Hey Ya!!!!!!!

Hi, glad you had a good night. I was asked by several texts to play "all together now" as the last song so thats why that was a "damp squib" at the end of the night.

For the rest of you I had to play toxic twice because... after grease megamix finished the power died to the decks, so while i was leaving a dramatic pause for you lot to scream your heads off (which by the way is always good) i was aso despretly tring to find the problem and loaded up the first song on the CD - which luckly/unluckly was toxic.

Was rather impressed managed to do it without anyone really noticing - although the cats kinda out of the bag now.

Thanks for keeping me amused with all your drunken texting last night. My paticular fave was "I Love apples" which somone pointed out to me this morning could be a reference to good will hunting - Too clever for me at 11pm (and i was sober)
