Hey,

yeah so I was wondering about what people thought of the Freshers' play - will you be going? if not, why not? do you think it's a good idea etc...

would love to hear your thoughts...

I actually think the idea's pretty sweet. Hopefully it gets more people involved in drama here, cause I remember being pretty intimidated auditioning as a Fresher last year.

I've got a couple friends involved in the show, so I'm looking forwards to seeing it. A shame that they have to do it in Venue 1 though...don't get me wrong, I love Venue 1 for bops and the like, but as far as theatre is concerned, I'm pretty certain outer space has better acoustics.

And less cheeky mofo's known as Ents following the ways of the omnipotent Bruce. What happened to the good ole days when the man could strike unions down at will and rule the world with an iron fist.

Venue 1 was designed to be a debating hall, meaning that your voice will carry from the stage to the far corners.

Oh ye of little faith who rely on microphones and amplification. When will ye realise that it is impossible to amplify nothing?

Bit too early for you to form sentences eh Niall?

The Freshers' play sounds great, and the stage set looks awesome! Looking forward to it!
