Have to agree that the girls with the Irish accents are not easily surpassed, though for my money some of the Scottish girls I've met come close. However, if there's any accent that can make me go weak in the knee, it's the one from that magical part of the US known as "The South." Too bad I'm from the Northwest and so seldom get to listen to Southern girls' voices. Sigh.

i was rather worryingly told by a certain sinner that he likes scouse and brummie accents... guess i shouldn't complain as my accent occasionally boarders(!) on scouse, but personally i can't think of two less attractive accents!

Say what you will about Scouse accents, but a girl in a Reds jersey can say anything she wants to me in whatever accent she wants!

Actually knew someone from yon parts. With the nickname of Dixie. Basically all that you could think of after about 5 seconds of hearing it was the "Battle Hymn of the Republic" ))

i always find that when not in scotland, people comment on my accent (which is, needless to say, scottish) but when i'm home it goes un-noticed.

Theres a kind of posh manhattanite accent I heard a few times, though I cant give any examples of anyone famous who speaks like that. Other than that, a type of lilting south american/spanish accent is kinda nice too...

Dunno if its got anything to do with being scottish, but strong english is quite nice- the Mrs Kensington type:P Irish a definate favourite as is Russian oddly enough........

Um actually no that's a lie, mainly cause I am from the South and those girls' voices make me run for the border (or atleast the Mason-Dixon line.) Also on another note, Cellar Bar, though I don't give a shit but associating Battle Hymn of the Republic and the South is not always a good idea. Also can someone explain to me what Scouse is?

Oh and to put in my three cents, I dig the English accents and the Swedes (of which I have noticed quite a surge in their population here this year) are also quite saucy.
