Apparently there was some chinless wonder on Blind Date last Saturday, kept dropping hints about how he *knew* PW.
It amazes me that they want more.

Not to mention that from what I've heard Blind Date has become kind of like the weakest link - both people trying to destroy their opponent with hatred and venom.

Apparently, you now get 10 seconds after the screen goes back to change your mind and pick one of the others. Which sounds seriously cruel...

Half the folk that go on Blind Date are trying to get themselves 'discovered', and get a TV career out of it, anyway.

DO YOU LIKE GLAMOROUS GIRLS?

Note that they say nothing concerning the mouth breathers of men that appear on that program.

Doesn't the change mind rule *totally* ruin the entire concept of a BLIND date?

But it gives the show the shallow superficialness that is required for programmes to be successful these days - like big brother.

Think it did once. That Jenny Falconer from GMTV got in the papers after she picked an 18-stone chip-shop owner from Essex, and ended up with a TV presenting gig out of it.

While on the subject of current TV, anyone see that Russian Roulette on ITV last night? Celebrities answering questions for charity, but also being dropped through trap doors at random? Marvellous.
