this guy's almost as good as the guy who sold jars of air from outside the gates of Buckingham Palace.
if i remember correctly, it went for £12 for a jar of smoggy London air.

any idea if this new insane seller is a student who doesnt want to get a job?

Tell the BBC about it, they like those comedy eBay stories. Then the bids will fly in. You could just email the picture of the bottle on the bridge to yourpics@ (or whatever it is) and it will almost certainly appear on the front page once they get bored of the parrot.
