what did everybody think? I'm biased towards the Blind Mirth video, but besides that I especially liked the Wedding Filmers and the Paddys one (last one).

Key moment of the night: the Kazakh swinging the bride round and round himself to get a POV shot for the camera.

Wasn't too impressed to be honest. I was dying with boredom by the end.

Obviously being in a third of the films makes me a bit biased, but I was really feckin' impressed with what the Rogue guys have oulled together this year. Excellent stuff.

I thought it was brilliant! Most of the films seemed incredibly professional (particularly the wedding filmer one), well done guys!
Can't pick a favourite, Hoaxe was a great idea, it had people laughing out loud. The paddys and the plasticine animation were also very funny!
The acting was also impressive, as it has been in all the student performences i've seen here.

Does anyone know if the ethical investment film has been shown before? it's an effective way to make people aware, i'd not heard they were making a film also at the time of the march.

This was the first showing of EI, as with all the films that were screened on the night.

I thought all the films were very good...I was confused halfway through "Call" however, and I didn't understand the ending...my mate had to tell me that one.

The only one I didn't like was the Wedding film- it didn't appeal to me at all.

My 3 favourites were Paradise Island, Utopia and Hoaxe.
