It's true for all that that that that that that that refers to is not the that that I meant.

There are plenty of examples of 5 identical words in sequence, so I skipped straight to 7.

On palindromes, the best are still:

A man, a plan, a canal - Panama!

Are we not drawn onward, we few, drawn onward to new era? (Though this really needs an "a" before new era.)

do you have a tastyspoon?

The owner of the Dog and Duck pub had a new sign painted for the front of the inn. On inspecting the signwriter's work he said "you haven't left enough space between 'dog' and 'and' and 'and' and 'duck'."

Julie, where Tom had had 'had had', had had 'had' - 'had had' was correct.

Um...your mom?

Also, in the Dog & Duck sign sentence, surely there's too many ands there? I mean, from the answer given it seems that the sign reads 'Dog and and Duck'.

Then again, I'm at work on a Saturday, anything I say may make little or no sense.

You need to split up the sentance into parts for it to make sense.

You have 'dog' and 'and' as part one,

ten 'and' and 'duck' as the second part.

Put an 'and' in the middle to join them up, and hey presto, it does make some sort of weird sense!

(It took me over half a day to work it out!!)

Did you notice that that "that" that that person used was used incorrectly?

Edit: Damn, didn't read enough to notice I'd been beaten to that one.
