Take suncream. Appwy wibewawwy.* Even if it's overcast, you can still get burnt at the festival and then you feel silly.

My abiding memory of T in the Park is of seeing hordes of Lobster people on the Sunday.

*it's a Homestar Runner joke.

Usual things for festivals are required.

Ticket, protection from the sun in the form of lotion, sunglasses etc

Cash wise, take your card if possible.

Just scanning the list of acts for this year. Seems to be less impressive than last year but I guess it's hard to compete against Guns N' Roses one night and Metallica the previous. Not bad looking though.

Im going for the 3rd time in a row - can't wait, even though the lineup is somewhat lacking at the moment. It's not all about the bands anyway, the atmosphere is incomparable to any show / concert I've ever been to.

Visit the website for all the essentials that you should take but, more importantly, prepare for the some of the best 5 days of your life!

Oh and I advise against taking a card.. the cues for the machines are huuuge and when you eventually get to one it will inevitably say its all out until the next day -.-

Didn't have any hassle last year dude but you are right about the queues. Just depends on how comfortable you feel carrying paper cash on you.

It doesn't really need to be pointed out but don't take anything else that is a prime target for theft.

I notice Megadeth have sneaked in there as well. That would've made it worthwhile for me to return.

Alcohol gel for cleaning hands - utterly necessary after the loos. Plus loo paper.
A crate of your favourite tipple: its very expensive.
Wellies: needed if it rains.
One of those windy-up phone charger thingys.
Oh and if you do take a cashcard rather than money the 'supermarket' gave me cashback last time I think.
